After my culinary training, I moved straight into a sous-chef role in Cologne, and later into Michelin-starred kitchens in Austria.
I learned technique and structure—but more than anything,
I developed a deep love for ingredients that truly taste like themselves.That’s exactly what drew me to Mallorca. Alongside further training in Ayurveda and nutrition, I built my own organic garden here and something from it almost always finds its way onto the plate.My travels across three continents and through 22 European countries have shaped my cooking. Mostly with local ingredients, but I consciously bring in selected products and influences from around the world when they add depth to a dish. The result is freedom and balance.
