Between Plates & PlacesMy cooking has grown alongside me—through my culinary training, a degree in marketing, and travels across three continents and 22 countries throughout Europe. Now rooted in Spain, I cook to bring things together: flavors, stories, cultures.My travels have shaped my palate. I cook mostly with local ingredients, while consciously weaving in carefully chosen products and influences from around the world when they add depth to a dish.
