Between Plates & PlacesMy cooking has grown with me—through culinary training, a degree in marketing, and travels across three continents and 22 countries. Now based in Spain, I cook to bring things together: flavours, stories, and cultures.My travels have shaped the way I taste and cook. I work mostly with local ingredients, while thoughtfully incorporating selected products and influences from around the world when they genuinely add something to a dish.
